1. Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of Pronext: PATOUAH PARNASSE LTD, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, Royaume-Uni. For any question about your personal data: contact@pronext-app.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account: email address and password (stored only in hashed form).
• Preferences: language, display mode (Guide me / Show all), notification and text-to-speech settings. Biometric unlocking is handled exclusively by your device: no biometric data is ever transmitted to us.
• Personalisation: favourite sports, competitions and teams.
• Subscription: plan and status (active, expired). Your payment details are processed by Apple, Google or Stripe; we never have access to them.
• AI assistant: the messages you send to the assistant are transmitted to our AI provider to generate the reply; the conversation history is stored locally on your device.
• Technical data: usage events, crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, app version, pseudonymous identifiers).
• Website: contact-form data (name, email, subject, message), technical server logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser) and, only with your consent, audience-measurement data (see the cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the Service and managing your account (performance of the contract).
• Processing subscriptions and preventing fraud (performance of the contract, legal obligation).
• Measuring usage, improving the Service and fixing bugs (legitimate interest).
• Sending push notifications if you have enabled them (consent, revocable at any time in your device settings).
• Responding to your support requests and to messages sent via the contact form (legitimate interest).
• Measuring the website's audience (consent, revocable at any time via "Manage cookies").
• Ensuring the security of the website and the application (legitimate interest, legal obligation).

4. Recipients and processors

We share data with providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Hostinger International Ltd. — hosting of the pronext-app.com website;
• hosting and infrastructure of the application;
• Sentry — crash reports;
• PostHog — application usage analytics;
• Crisp — customer support by chat (only your email and a derived pseudonym are transmitted to it; on the website, the chat is only loaded at your request);
• Apple and Google — payment of subscriptions purchased in the mobile app;
• Stripe — payment of subscriptions purchased on the web;
• Anthropic — generation of the AI assistant's replies;
• Mistral — text-to-speech;
• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) — audience measurement of the website, only after your consent.

We never sell your personal data. It may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: European Commission adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

The publisher of the Service, acting as data controller, is established in the United Kingdom: your data is processed there on the basis of the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission for the United Kingdom.

6. Retention periods

• Account data: for as long as the account is active, then erased within 30 days of account deletion.
• Billing data: statutory accounting retention period.
• Crash reports and usage analytics: 12 months maximum.
• Assistant conversations: stored on your device, deleted when the app is uninstalled or from within the application.
• Contact-form messages: 12 months after the last exchange.
• Website technical logs: 12 months maximum.
• Cookie consent choice: 6 months; audience-measurement cookies: 13 months maximum (duration configured in our audience-measurement container).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set out directives on the fate of your data after your death.

Directly in the application: Settings → Privacy → "Export my data" (portability) and "Delete my account" (erasure).

For any other request: contact@pronext-app.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and authentication tokens are kept in your device's secure storage. Access to production data is restricted and logged. As no system is infallible, we would notify you of any data breach likely to affect you, as required by law.

9. Minors

The Service is prohibited for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about minors; any account identified as belonging to a minor is deleted.

10. Cookies

The website only uses strictly necessary cookies, and audience-measurement cookies only after your consent. Their list, their duration and how to withdraw your consent are set out in the cookie policy.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified in the application or on the website before it takes effect. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
