Terms of Use

1. The Service

Pronext is a sports decision-support application: predictions generated by artificial-intelligence models, confidence scores, explanatory factors and a conversational assistant. The Service provides statistical information for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Pronext is not a gaming or betting operator: no stake can be placed in the application or on the website, and no betting transaction is carried out within them.

The pronext-app.com website presents the Service, lets you contact us and links to the application. Browsing it is free and does not require an account.

2. Minimum age and account

The Service is restricted to persons aged 18 or over.

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Notify us without delay of any unauthorised use.

3. No guarantee of winnings

Predictions are based on statistical models whose outcomes are inherently uncertain. They do not constitute financial advice or an inducement to bet, and they guarantee no winnings. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, including any bets you place with third-party operators.

Gambling carries risks: debt, isolation, addiction. If you or someone close to you is struggling, contact a problem-gambling support service — in Great Britain, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24 hours a day) — or the equivalent organisation in your country. 4. Plans and subscriptions

The Service offers a free plan (Freemium) with limited features and two paid subscriptions — Standard at €14.99 per month and Pro at €29.99 per month, all taxes included — that unlock additional features. The applicable prices, currencies and billing periods are displayed on the Pricing page and in the application at the time of subscription.

Subscriptions purchased on mobile are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play: billing, renewal and cancellation are handled from your app-store account. Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through our payment provider Stripe.

Unless cancelled before the end of the current period (at least 24 hours before for subscriptions purchased through an app store), the subscription renews automatically for an identical period at the then-current price. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; paid features remain available until that date.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you reside in the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. By requesting immediate access to the digital content when subscribing, you expressly acknowledge waiving this right once performance has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the refund policies of Apple and Google apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, publish or redistribute the predictions and content of the Service; (b) access the Service by automated means (scraping, bots) or circumvent its technical measures; (c) decompile the Service or attempt to extract its models and algorithms; (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to any legal action.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, interface, content and prediction models are protected by intellectual-property law and remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service, limited to private use. The sports data displayed comes from third-party providers and remains subject to their respective rights.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We strive to keep the Service continuously accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, technical incidents or failures of third-party providers (sports data, hosting) may affect its operation.

We may change, suspend or remove features. If a change substantially reduces the features of an ongoing paid subscription, you may cancel it.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are liable for direct and foreseeable damage caused by a failure on our part, under the general rules of law. We cannot, however, be held liable for losses related to bets placed with third-party operators or for the decisions you make on the basis of the predictions, which remain statistical estimates.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, in particular towards consumers: we apply no compensation cap to you.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data (account, preferences, subscription, technical data, messages sent to the assistant) is described in our privacy policy. The website's cookies are described in the cookie policy.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the application (Settings → Privacy). We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of urgency or legal obligation.

Deleting your account does not end a paid subscription. A subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play continues to be billed by the app store until you cancel it from the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account; a subscription purchased on the web must be cancelled from the Stripe portal available in your profile. Cancel your subscription first, then delete your account (see Article 5 of the Terms of Sale).

12. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or to regulations. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified in the application or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of the mandatory protections of their place of residence.

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so that we can seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided on request at contact@pronext-app.com.

Failing agreement, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
