Cookie Policy
This page describes the cookies and trackers used by the pronext-app.com website, their purpose, their duration and how to manage your consent. It supplements the privacy policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. It makes it possible to recognise your browser on your visits, remember your preferences or measure audience. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is subject to the same rules.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the website and do not require your consent. They are not used for any advertising tracking.

3. Audience measurement (after consent)
With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure the website's traffic in aggregate form: page views, source, device type. Until you accept, none of these scripts is loaded and no measurement cookie is placed.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
Pseudonymous browser identifier used to distinguish visitors | 13 months (duration configured in our audience-measurement container) |
_ga_* |
Keeps the state of the measurement session | 13 months (duration configured in our audience-measurement container) |

4. Support chat (on request)
The Crisp chat (Crisp IM SAS, France) is only loaded when you click "Open chat" (Contact page or footer). It then places its own technical cookies (prefixed crisp-client, 6 months) to keep your conversation going. Until you open it, no Crisp script is loaded.
5. Managing your consent
On your first visit, a banner invites you to accept or decline audience measurement. You can change your mind at any time: the button below, also present in the footer, reopens this banner. Declining has no effect on how the website works.
You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies (see your browser's help), or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
6. Contact
For any question about cookies: contact@pronext-app.com. To find out more about your rights, visit the CNIL website.
