Cancel
At any time (on mobile, at least 24 hours before the renewal date): Stripe portal from your profile, or your app store's subscription settings. Access kept until the end of the paid period, then back to Freemium.

A question about billing?
How do I pay?
On the web, by card via Stripe (hosted, secure payment). On iOS and Android, by in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play. The price is the same everywhere and the amount is charged every month on the anniversary date of your subscription.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, with no commitment and no reason needed. Subscription taken out on the web: from your profile, via the Stripe portal. Subscription taken out on mobile: from your app store's subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
What happens after cancellation?
You keep access to your plan until the end of the period already paid for. Your account then goes back to Freemium without losing your data.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading from Standard to Pro applies according to the rules of Stripe or your app store (immediately or at the next renewal, with a pro-rata adjustment where applicable); you are never charged twice. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Access to the digital content is immediate: by subscribing, you request immediate performance and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). On mobile, the App Store and Google Play refund policies apply. You remain free to cancel at any time for the following period.
Does Pronext take my stakes?
No. Pronext is not a betting operator: no stake can be placed in the app and no money is committed beyond the subscription. You only pay for access to the analyses.
Do the plans promise winnings?
No. No plan guarantees any result. Gambling involves risks and the app is restricted to users aged 18 and over.
